one of the most wonderful small businesses in knoxville! the owners are incredibly sweet and do amazing work. i always go here for my alterations, and today picked up a dress i had them do. the woman doing my alterations made a few suggestions on what she wanted to do with my dress and it turned out great per usual. always done in a very timely manner, great prices, and even better work! they will continue to receive all of my alteration business. thank you so much!

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness and an obvious interest in your needs. They listen carefully to your issue and make certain they understand before you leave. Once out the door (I describe them as surgeons) they meticulously get to work. I had a mother-of-the-bride dress to alter. It was a complicated fix due to the beading all over and the upper back totally didn't fit. I even thought it might not be able to be attempted. But, there's the surgeon part - when I picked up the dress, it was an amazing fit! It was timely, perfect and prices are super competitive, and even lower in many cases. I'll never go anywhere else. The owners take pride in their business and work their very best for everyone. Excellent!!!

If you are looking for the best alterations experience in the area of knoxville, classic alterations is it! This is my second time going to get my dresses altered (this time being my wedding dress) and they did everything in their power to make sure I had my dress on time for my wedding which was in a week of bringing it in. Not only does it look perfect but they scaled a size 10 dress to fitting a size 0-00. They even met me at the store on their closing day which was Sunday for me to come in for fittings to ensure I was satisfied. They go up and beyond for their clients! Not to mention how absolutely friendly they treat their customers!
