I ordered a product from the Canby store 3 weeks ago and it is still not in. I was told several times it would be in and it was not. When I asked the young man that originally ordered it what the problem was he said he was not getting any information from the other store and showed me how many back orders that he had stuck the wall. I just got off the phone with another gentleman which said it would be there tomorrow (not holding my breath). Very unprofessional business! It would appear there is a very severe communication problem between your stores or your doing such a good business in other areas that Canby residences don't carry much weight. This is the first time I have ever made a formal complaint in my life , but I feel you need to bring attention to this.
