Went from this to this. Build a great product!! Would definitely recommend for a pool remodel. Only shortcomings are communication, and finishing the small things at the end.

After spending 16000 on replacement of all of our equipment, sandblasting, and replastering our pool, we are left with cracks in most of the benches and steps. I just called 5 plaster companies and all said there should be no cracks like this after a new plaster job. Classic tile is saying these are normal cracks and won’t repair. I’ve been holding out on paying them 800 because of this issue. I’m hoping they see this and respond that this cracking is normal and so other non-corrupt and professional pool people can call them out on it. As a new pool owner they seemed wanting and willing to help but couldn’t finish out the job. This clearly shows their lack of customer service. Go with a different pool company.
