They were awesome, great to work with, reasonably priced, and they came out right away and helped us when our Old Furnace failed. We are grateful for Carlson heating and air conditioning!

This is the second year we've called them for our AC unit. They're very knowledgeable, friendly and came out the same day. I also feel they're reasonably priced! Today after he replaced a part I thought it wasn't working again and he came right over to look at it. Turns out It was nothing. (All while talking to my curious toddler through the entire process). LOL. I doubt I'll call anyone else! Highly recommend!

Quick service when we couldn't figure out what was wrong with our AC. A tech came out and discovered that a pack rat had eaten through the wires that powered the unit. He quickly fixed it, and then took the time to answer several other questions we had. We had an overall great experience, and it was reasonably priced.

Great customer service! Nothing jumped out as wrong on my AC with the first visit early morning so they stopped by 3 times in the same day to find out what was really going on and found a fan problem. There was cold air it just wasn't getting pushed out into the house. Great guys! Thank You!
