I was impressed with how quickly Eagle responded to a need that we had for a change in service at our church. I am part of the technology team at church as we are now live-streaming our services. However, I was surprised how incredibly slow the Internet was to begin with, (1.5 mbps upload) in other words, our church was paying a decent sum of money for very slow Internet speed. We are now paying twice what we had been paying so we can live-stream. The other thing that bothered me is that it does not appear they are a locally owned company any longer. They were purchased by a much larger broadband company, but they are still doing business as Eagle Communications locally.

Not very good. Their routers work for a few months continuously before quitting. Also they have hiccups when you first use the router with it working half the time. Like the entire router just quits and requires a reset. Arris routers are a joke. Their servers are a joke as well. Always get 3rd party routers when using their internet or just use Twin Valley. Honestly not great.
Had it for a few weeks before I had them come pick up their equipment. Had technicians out multiple times. Wasn’t working across our small house or even working at all. What a disappointment. Had a technician out and it quit working same day. They also make you wait DAYS for a tech to come. Go with twin valley
