The only reason I rated it 4 is because 2 of the sales reps "Brian & Cody", those 2 guys are awesome. Brian was the best, he walked me through the entire process, some sales reps are all about lies & deceit, he made everything about me and what I wanted. The finance manager is the real reason I can't give them the highest rating, he was flat out rude. In his defense he did attempt to make things right, but that was only after I had to get nasty and say a few things to him during the contract signing. He may want to remember that first impressions are lasting ones! I was able to get a great car at an affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to family and friends, my only hope is that the finance manager is more polite in the beginning as opposed to in the end. If you want to actually sell the cars on your lot, you have to treat customers with respect, during the entire process. It's their money, they can spend it wherever they choose to.

I loved everything about the customer service. They go above and beyond to get you a car same day. Tommy Williams and Oliver Jackson are amazing sale reps and I recommend everybody to clay Cooley's they are awesome! #team Cooley
Finance guys were joking around and ran the down payment for the wrong amount, Kept telling me I had my paperwork / manual when I did not. Had to contact the general manager and a separate trip there to obtain that. I got a call that the license plates were in only to be told they were not upon arrival. Took 3 times and another talk with the general manager to get these. Now I get recorded messages that I am overdue for service? I will be staying far far away from this dealer and there is no way they will service my car! Stay away - you have a choice!!
I'm only giving them a star because they're open. The management is awful. He doesn't keep his word and they take care of their customers only if you're one of their friends. I bought a car from them, I didn't get my complimentary wash and detail neither my complimentary gas. They didn't check the car before I drove off the lot with it, not knowing that there were 4 rotten tires on the car. I took the car back for inspection and they replaced the back tires and moved the back tires to the front and those tires have the wires sticking out of them. They told me that they couldn't replace the tires. So now I'm stuck with buying tires that they should have replaced. They don't care at all about making their customers happy or even just admitting that they didn't check the car before selling it and fix thet problems.
new management team is great. The service department is great! Got a brand new Lancer thanks to Jonathon!
Shame on me for knowing better. Bought a car in middle of summer, A/C goes out about 30 days later. Called service department and they say "Well ya we can't do anything, you should call over to sales and see if they will split the cost or something with you." Stop spending so much money on your BS tv ads Clay and start building a decent reputation by hiring management that cares about people and not making a quick buck. If you are thinking about buying a car here DONT. Just look at all the bad reviews and follow their advice, wish i would have
Far and away the worst dealership in the metroplex. Not only did the manager of this location insult me and call me stupid when he first walked up to me. But it has been a year and a half since I visited the dealership and I am still being hit EVERY month with a hard inquiry on my credit report!!! DO NOT let this dealership pull a credit report on you!!!! As a matter of fact stay as far away from this dealership as you can. "Shop anywhere else first and last either way DON'T see Clay"
My car was having a very low idle when I had the a/c on. Good Year did not know how to fix it so I decided it was time to take it to a Mitsubishi dealership thinking they would be knowledgeable and professional. So I took my car to Clay Cooly Mitsubishi on Camp Bowie to get it diagnosed. The service manager, Ben Tunnell, told me the idle air control valve was not adjusted correctly. I asked if it would fix the problem and if he would guarantee his work if it didn’t. He said yes and not to worry because they were professionals unlike Goodyear. So I agreed to have they work done. A few days after getting the car worked on I started having the same low idle issue, so I took it back to Clay Cooly. They unadjusted the idle air control again. After a few days I had the same problem so brought the car back to Clay Cooly. Benn Tunnell told me this time that the idle air control valve needed to be replaced. I told him it was replaced twice before (both brand new Mitsubishi parts that I bought from the dealership) and it just did not make sense to replace it a third time. At that point Benn Tunnell got upset and started screaming at me because he thought I was questioning their work. I have never in my life been treated to badly. It was so unprofessional and dishonest I could not believe it. I complained to corporate. They did not want to take responsibility and told me my car was too old (2004) and was going to have problems. I have never heard of such a lousy excuse for not being able to fix a car. Stay away from Clay Cooly. There are much better dealerships out there. They are unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest. I am not alone, just read the other reviews.
