Don’t go to clay Cooley if you’re not looking to get a brand new car! I purchased a 2013 Chevy impala from them and was an excellent customer that made payments on or before the due date every month for them to sell my account to Texas Dealer Solutions locates I’m Austin that has nothing but one star reviews! They don’t service the older vehicles that they sell before they leave the lot. Don’t go see clay if you’re not buying new! Wouldn’t suggest going to them at all. I’ve had a better experience with mega motors!

I got a car from someone who got a car from Clay. That's all I know. Other than Clay had a lien on it and when I went to get title he stoped it. So Clay is cool. .he is real cool and won't take advantage of you. He's got his kids working for him and they are cool too.

Trickery. I called 4 hours ahead of time for the vehicle I wanted. They pulled my report prior to coming to let me know how much my payments and interest rate would be. Sounded good so I went in. The car I wanted wasn't there and was still at the other dealership location. The manager tried selling me another vehicle on his lot and I explained I didn't want. He boasted about how it was similar with a higher series vehicle, 3k more miles, one year older, 3k cheaper, and FULLY LOADED. I asked why the price was so high and he insisted because of the amenities. I test drove "the vehicle" but it was standard. He said he would have me a fully loaded vehicle. Right before I went into the office to sign the papers... they drove the test car to the back. After papers were final, they gave me the standard vehicle instead w/ the high price. When confronted by my salesperson, the manager said to him "I did tell her that but all well she signed the papers." Now I'm stuck with a car 10k more than what it's worth.

Bought an impala from here and the car is pretty cool, besides them selling me one with a bad tire. I can take care of that myself but this guy name Dooley sold it to me . He was cool with talking to me til I text him about the tire and he didn’t say shhh back . I wouldn’t pick him if they gave me a free car. He told me to do a review on his fb and I did . Guess what?!?!? He didn’t approve my comment . Actually gave a compliment and mentioned the tire and him not replying. But hey you can’t delete this buddy. 1 star because of him. Oh and my check engine light came on a week and a half after but I can say service took care of me .

Great place with very nice vehicles! Kenneth was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and had my best interests in mind. I was very pleased to not have to deal with pushy sales staff. It was very disappointing to see a staff that barely was eager to even assist. We were walking in to buy a car cash and they barely even made an effort . Too bad they missed out on some good commission . I seriously have never seen this type of costumer service at a dealership ever!!! Won't be buying there thats for sure.

Contacted the Internet department about a vehicle I saw online and spoke to Kelli the Internet Director to get some information on a vehicle for my son. Kelli is very knowledgeable and professional. She got the information I needed and set me up with a VIP appointment. The whole process was great from the moment we arrived. No hassle, no haggle just how I like it. We met the GM Aaron Winters and he made us feel right at home. I was very impressed with the whole team at Clay Cooley Suzuki and would highly recommend to anyone. If you are in the market for a vehicle ask for Kelli the Director of the Internet department if you want the best car buying experience you've ever had. 5 Stars!!!
