We have been researching the family history in Clay County and the staff was quite helpful with that. It is only a single room, but there is enough information and artifacts stuffed in there to fill a few rooms. They have some cool books about Clay County for sale if you're interested in that. If you aren't interested in the history of the area, and it is a rich history, then this isn't the place for you.
