5 years ago, they kindly responded to a weekend email, willing to meet a very tight deadline due to my procrastinating on an award order. Unfortunately, I had already agreed to work with another company before they replied. Fast forward to this past week, and the other company is no longer doing small awards for athletic teams. So I remembered the kind email, and submitted an order using the A&E Trophy website. It was super easy. Paid online, they accepted Pay Pal. Just perfect. Again,my order was on a weekend. Again they replied during the weekend. I even put the wrong year on my award, but they fixed it, and made it seem like no big deal to accommodate fixing my error. I'll be using them for all of my needs going forward. Great people to work with.

Fantastic Serve. Rob was able to do an etching I'd been looking to find for some time on a gift for my Godson's Birthday. The end results were amazing. Friendly service, beautiful results. A pleasure to work with of which I Highly Recommend.
