Clayton Homes was great at assisting me in my brand new 2020 home, the first time I walked in the door I was greeted and well taken care of! All of the staff there remained calmed while I was in the process of closing and those of you that know closing can be frustrated, Matt was awesome and assured me that everything was going to be alright and we were going to get through it together Dan also was great, he was there for me during closing also! I WANT TO THANK THEM FOR HELPING ME AND ANSWERING ALL OF MY 20 MILLION QUESTIONS! AFFORDABLE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE KUDOS TO ALL OF YOU!!

I called this location to get a quote with a promise from Chris that he would call back the same day. He never called. I called the next day and was told he wasn't there so I left a message. I called back the next day and was told he was with a customer so I left another message for him to call me back. I never received a call, so I called back the next day and left the same message. No one ever bothered to call me back. Another location received my business and they were very happy to help me and make a sale.

Not pleased from that point on, Incompetent salemenship, starting from financing on. *Do Not expect a resonable interest rate when you have Excellent credit score. * Do Not expect when asked Total pricing for set up & delivery, to be True. Be prepared, 8,500.00 - 10,000.00, of out pocket. *Modular home was delivered W/Out a Air Conditioner Unit. Promised it would arrive in days, *Not, 3 Weeks following, installed. After \Several\ Calls for the Keys, they also came 3 weeks later. So if your experience is like ours, expect to look at your modular home sitting for 3 weeks after closing. And Wait Patiently To Move in...
