MAKE AN ONLINE APPT!!! I have been many times for minor issues, ear infection, sinus infection, burn, etc. and have always had a good experience. The nurse practitioners are usually very experienced. I have seen people waiting hours upon hours, but that is because they are in line after all the online appts. They have remodeled and now have a front desk to help you check in or find what you need, a nurse to do your initial check-in and a nurse practitioner to treat you, making it even faster. I have been to urgent care and almost always had bad experiences, I definitely prefer Minute Clinc.

Worst experience ever..if I could leave a zero I would, because 1 star is over rating. Terrible bed side manor and listen to what your symptoms are. Quick to get you in and out and write prescriptions that are unnecessary and over the counter which require no prescription that cost you more. Won't be back.

Visited Minute Clinic at the US 70 Clayton location and was treated by NP, Olurounke Remi-Johnson. She was amazing, professional, sweet, fast, friendly, pleasant, patient and relatable! I got in right away! Admittedly, I was hesitant about coming due to previous reviews but came in based on my mother’s suggestion. I had a completely different experience with the provider! I recommend others visiting this location!

My daughter needed to be seen for a skin infection on a Saturday. All of our questions were answered and we were able to get the prescription right away. I suggest going to the website before your visit. This will make your wait shorter when you arrive.
