There was a mix up with our order. Walt was our point of contact and was not helpful at all. We spent weeks calling to talk Walt about windows and he would always say I will call you back at the end of the day. After weeks of this we finally got a hold of Joey the owner. He told us it's been to long and we can't help you......even though his guy was the reason for this. The only thing they offered was to take the window back and \give me credit\ after it sells. Why would I have to wait to get credit after it sells? I would have no issue to pay a restocking fee that would cover the cost of the shipping. We went here off a recommendation of someone else we work with so we assumed there would be more care in how they treat customers. I do not recommend going here at all. It took them over a year to notice that I had an issue online and wanted to help esolve\ the problem.....where was this customer service when I originally was calling daily to get the problem fixed?

Olde Town Supply Co was able to help us get the products we needed to complete our storage room, at a good price. We recently built a new home, and most of it was purchased from Olde Town Supply, including the windows, siding, shakes, shutters. etc. They are friendly, knowable and willing to listen and give suggestions. We will be back, again and again.
