This business ROCKS! The owner is so honest and his prices are so reasonable. I used to go to Alexander's and will never go back! They are dishonest and just want to sell you a new machine. The owner of Clayton's has tons of parts for older machines and is very knowledgeable. He is super nice and pleasant to do business with! We are moving to SC - I may have to come back to Durham to have my machines serviced because I love this guy so much! The owner gives you a free estimate before he does service and it may take longer that other businesses, but it's because so many people go to him - it's worth the wait - be patient!

This guy is great-friendly and thorough. Have had both my sewing machine completely worked over and now runs beautifully and my two Electrolux machines. Now ready to go for one more repair. Sure it will be just as good as before!

Sadly, John passed away and this is no longer in business. he was an amazing repairman and will be sorely missed. The phone has been disconnected.
