My husband noticed our water heater was leaking and in pretty bad shape. We called US Plumbing because of the (40) FIVE STAR reviews, very hard to do. And we were NOT disappointed! My husband was pleased with his conversation with Max, he was helpful, offered guidance and very knowledgeable. Even though it was a Saturday, they made plans to come give us an estimate the next day, Sunday. They let us know that after looking at our heater, they might be able to install a new water heater same day, if replacement was necessary(it was). That same day, we got a call that they had a cancellation and they could come out, which they did. Jacob rang our door and from the get go was very knowledgeable & courteous, observed COVID by wearing a mask and kept proper social distance. We had a new water heater installed that day. Jacob was such a nice young man, who knew what he was doing. The entire experience was pleasant, the price was right and we would not hesitate to recommend US Plumbing!

Needed to replace an aging and leaking commode. Called US Plumbing and spoke with Max. Went to Lowe’s to look for fixtures as advised by Max. Picked up if you wanted. Gave the model number to the office. Within one hour they got back to me and gave me a quote for installing it. They even picked up the new commode at Lowe’s. The installer Jacob did an outstanding job, Was very courteous and completed the job in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend these folks
