Rating in hopes of finally getting the manager's attention in regards to military pressing of uniforms. Although the employees seem to work very hard I have actually given up on politely explaining the way it's supposed to be done; and have even given them tips. I do like the efficiency of the place(as far as time), but their quality of military uniform cleaning has taken a huge toll on my teams willingness to use this place. I'd like to continue coming here because I have to get uniforms cleaned weekly, and it's accros the street. But if some sort of change isn't made I will have to go elsewhere.
This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! Besides being friendly and inviting, the owner personally took care of my clothes. Thank you Mr. Ferguson, you are the personification of customer service, you will be taking care of my clothes for a long time.
This is a fantastic dry cleaning establishment. I was thoroughly impressed with the turnaround time, prices and how my clothes looked new again. The owner and staff made me feel like family. I'll definitely be back!
We moved here a little over 3 years ago and we have tried several dry cleaners in the area and Cleaners Max has become our go to cleaners. I drop off my husband's dress shirts and suits once a week and the clothes are always ready when I come to pick them up. We have not had a broken button yet and we have been going here over a year now.
