Can I get paid for the job I performed weeks ago that you guys have not paid me for because of how bad the customer service your company offered it's customer? I have to agree with James. Clear choice doesn't pay their own technicians after work is done, when clients aren't happy with Clear Choices own customer service and doesn't pay. It has been almost a year and I'm still waiting for payment for a work order from last February. It seems they don't take care of their own customers not their technicans that they send out, due to their own negligence. I've waited nearly a year to write this review but it is insulting to do the job you were sent to do and not get paid for it. I've seen multiple complaints from multiple technicians. Stay away.

The worst service. Called and scheduled an appointment for a copier repair, and was given an appointment window of 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm the following Friday. At 3:15, I called to discover why no one had shown up. Customer service rep told me she would check into it and call me back. No one called back late Friday or on the following Monday morning. Just ended up calling another company.
