Over the years, Robert has cared for me, my husband and my children. He has the soul of a healer, the compassion of a good doctor and a vast knowledge of both conventional medicine, Chinese herbs and acupuncture and natural, holistic medicine. My health care involves all these systems and he has helped me heal from Chronic Late Stage Lyme Disease, post-menopausal issues, leaky gut and digestive issues as well as seasonal flu. He is a good listener, gives me plenty of time during my appointments and has always responded quickly when there was an emergency. Last but not least, Robert has helped me to navigate the conventional health care system when I needed to use it. His consultations have helped me make important health decisions. Robert was intrumental in helping me resolve my Lyme when the antibiotics didn't help. I was a mess on the couch. Now 12 years later I have been skiing all over the continent and living as well as ever. Western medicine had nothing for me except some off label lupus med or rheumatoid arthritis med. He used Homeopathy and acupuncture and some herbs and the rest is distant history.

The single most unprofessional experience I've ever had with someone who calls themselves a healer. Called 2 weeks ago as a new patient. Got a call back a few days later at 9am to schedule an appointment. My health issue causes trouble sleeping so I was woken up by the call and did not retain the info. No confirmation of any kind, so 2 weeks pass and I end up missing the appointment. He calls, I reschedule for today. I walk in for an acupuncture appointment, and was immediately put through a bs muscle test (felt like I was at a tarot card reader) and then he tried to sell me a grocery list of pills based on the results of that \test\. He wanted me to bring him samples of my marijuana to test and \see which is best for your issues\. When I informed him that I was not interested in buying pills from him when he couldn't even tell me what was in them (proprietary blend is not an answer) he told me I was wasting his time, threw the sheet down, and ended the appointment. As I was being walked out, he was saying things like how he knew he should not have made the appointment with me and that I was a red flag. At the door I decided to take the high road and said thanks anyway. He responded with \You are not welcome\ and closed the door in my face. If you need acupuncture, go to Window of Heaven in Noho, infinitely better.
