Instead of passing fees down to customers it would be admirable to handle these within the contracts of the tenant buildings you service. For example, my bill was around 8 today for water/sewer, after multiple fees imposed by 'Conservice' it was 17 - almost a 100% increase for the actual services I received. Thank you conserve for all the good you do for the community, you live up to the 'Con' in your name.

I've called 10 times in the past 4 months to dispute my bill and have been hung up on 6 times and the worst customer service I've EVER experienced for a local company. The first problem was they were billing under the incorrect name even though I've called to correct it every month for the last year. Next, I was charged for 3 months worth of HVAC service because "looks like you weren't billed for those months, so it's all due now". They expect me to pay in full because they didn't do their job for 3 months in a row? Then this last time, after being hung up on 4 times on a row, the explanation for why my bill is so high, is "because the usage in your building was high, it's based off the entire building's usage, then split up by occupancy and square footage." I'm literally paying for the entire building instead of what I'm actually using. My last bill was 4x higher than my friends 4000 square foot home - I live in a 700 square foot apartment!!!! And my friend's HVAC runs 24/7!!!! When I questioned how this was even remotely accurate, the customer service agent said "it's normal, it's right, that's what's due." Then hung up on me for the 4th time today. Worst company ever!!!
