My husband and I lived here for a little over a year and the only reason we’re moving out is because of our work locations being a bit far. This apartment is fantastic. The maintenance workers are so kind and prompt and were always so sweet to our dog, the office staff are so helpful and easy to work with, the facility is well taken care of. It was all around a great place to live. It truly felt like home! I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

We had no problems living here. The maintenance team was always super quick to fix anything we had problems with and were always super kind. The only reason we moved out was because we wanted a backyard for our dogs and something more quiet since apartment living can be hard with all the noise. All the residents are mostly kind and there are so many dogs which we loved. My only complaint is that our apartment was filthy when we moved in and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I’ve never seen so much dust and dirt. We cleaned the apartment super good for the couple taking over our lease and I would hope they do the same so that the next tenants don’t have to deal with what we did. But other than that we really enjoyed our time here for the most part and it was perfect for us as newly weds. I have and will recommend this complex to others.

Pinnacle was a fantastic place to live for a year and a half. We were impressed with the customer service between office staff and maintenance staff. Maintenance responds very quickly, even outside of regular hours (for emergencies), and staff is always extremely respectful. The facilities are very clean and well maintained without hindering access to residents. The website is very easy to navigate when paying rent, requesting maintenance, and reviewing documents. Pinnacle keeps residents informed without bombarding email inboxes. We had no complaints about neighbors that couldn't be resolved. Living very close to WSU Davis campus is extremely convenient for full-time workers, although living so close to HAFB can be a bit annoying during the day. Dog droppings are not always caught, but the sidewalks throughout the whole complex are convenient to avoid grass. Residents mind themselves, so the culture of the complex is fairly quiet and respectful.

Current resident as of this review, overall it's a fairly nice place to live, staff is nice, maintenance is super friendly and always waves as you drive by. We are a floor two unit, the people above us have dogs that are often super loud (disadvantage of not being top floor I guess.) The few issues inside the apartment we have had were taken care of quickly. The dumpster by our unit gets full and to the point of overflowing super quick. "Utilities included in rent" just means its included on the same piece of paper as your rent, ei 1,200 for rent and an additional 100 for utilities. but my biggest complaint by far is parking. There is simply no where near enough parking for everyone in this unit and the two next to us. Even with my handicap sticker I often do not have a place to park, weather it be that enough people with stickers are parked in the spots over here or simply jack***es who think they can park in the handicap spots just because they can't find somewhere else to park. Lack of parking has brought me to tears several times and I honestly do not think we will be staying past our lease (at least in this building unit) solely for that reason.

Ensure you take your move in checklist seriously if you live here. When you move out they’ll milk you for all they can. They charged me for a missing screen door that was never there when I moved in.

This place has nice amenities like the pool, the dog park, and the fitness room. However, we live in a platinum upgraded 22 apartment and i feel like its falling apart. Many of the screwes on the doors of the cabinets are falling out, the blinds leading to the patio break off unless you are super gentle, all of the stainless steel appliances (microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher) work great but we only have hard water, the price is also very high for an apartment what we pay for is more like a luxurious high dollar apartment and we got a mediocre apartment. We pay almost 2000 with rent and utilities, now i do understand that it is a max upgraded apartment but it seems to be lacking in the details. The rent payments are equivalent to a monthly morgage, so it would be more worth the time to buy a house. Plus if you have pets, there has been multiple occasions that other dogs are not on a leash and have charged my 5 month old puppies. The lease says they must be on a leash but many dont adhere to it. Overall i was disappointed with our apartment because of the lack of care given to the basic things. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone unless you make a lot of money or you are moving in for a between home.

Save your time, energy and money! Do not live here. They look Decent, but the management here is a joke! They’ll let other People who live there run you out and tell the to call the cops at 11am when that is normal living hours!! This place is a no go! Don’t do it!!

Not a terrible place to live. However, be very careful with the move in checklist, what the office determines as damage is subjective and could end up costing you upon move out. The plumbing was questionable our sinks and tubs often backed up and needed fixing. Also, management can be unprofessional. One such occasion I received a passive aggressive email about how to take care of the kitchen floors after the refrigerator, that they installed improperly, leaked all over the floors and had to be replaced. The dumpster near my apartment was nearly always overflowing and had garbage in the parking lot. There's nearly always garbage on the grounds, I often had to pick up trash on the lawn to keep my dog from eating it.
