I had them install a new water softener. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. They don't rip you off like many other companies out there.

Do not use Advanced Water Services !!! Ron was very pleasant and responsive when I was getting a quote to have a water softening system installed in my home. However, during the install, the installer drilled three holes into my wall, leaving two of them unused. When I had problems with the water softener the first time, it took many calls for Ron to come out and investigate. His first \fix\ was to adjust the water softening settings. This masked the issue for a few months. When I tried calling back to get Ron or someone from Advanced Water to come back out and actually fix the issue, I never got a call back and never had anyone come back out to fix the issue. Half the time, Ron's voicemail was full. And, when did answer the call, he would tell me that HE would personally come out that day, or the next few days to look at my problem, but would never show up, and never call to let me know he couldn't come out. EVERY time he would blame one of his workers for missing the appointment, even though he told me each time that HE would come out. This happened for MONTHS. I finally filed a BBB report, which he never responded to, and he has yet to call me back. He may respond to your initial calls, but, in my experience, he will NOT honor the 5 year warranty.
These guys are the best. Ron was working on the house across the street from mine, and he took time out of his day to help point out an issue with my water softener that I didn't even know was an issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped explain/fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He even turned down the money I offered him after he helped me. He's a great guy, and if I have any future issues, I'll definitely give him a call.
Eric with Advanced Water Services serviced our RO system today. Eric was very friendly, efficient, informative & thorough! He followed CDC guidelines and was a pleasure to have him in our home. Such a wonderful experience! Ron is amazing and knowledgeable. He took my water and tested it for everything before recommending the right system for my well water and not adding unnecessary components I don’t need. We went with a double system in parallel which Ron designed so that I would never have any reduction in water flow when our Air B&B MIL suite is occupied. The install is very professional and he added a treated spigot to the outside so I can wash my car with treated water and no water spots! He spent time explaining everything and it’s clear he is a genuine businessman who wants his customers to be happy and prefers advertising from word of mouth. His prices are very reasonable and his peroxide system is amazing. there was an air injection system installed when we bought the house for sulfur removal and it pales in comparison to the peroxide injection. Our water is crystal clear now and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Ron!
