Our dogs go here every 5 weeks for grooming. They have baths, haircuts, nails trimmed, and anything else they need done. The staff is always friendly and they are good with our three dogs. The only area I would like a little improvement is in eye cleaning. All our dogs have drainage from the eyes and I would like to see this area get a little more attention. I am sure when I mention this the staff will make sure it is taken care of.

Best place ever. Chloe loves going there, she spent the day at daycare and got her grooming done and we absolutely loved it ️as a added bonus, I was able to see her on the webcam when I missed her ️Thank you!
We are so happy we found Bay Paws Pet Resort. They took such great care of our babies. Reasonably priced, very clean and the staff was wonderful. The best part is we could view our pups on web cam anytime. It really made us feel good they were in good hands. Thank you again and we will definitely be back.
We used Bay Paws last week for the first time and loved them. We were going to Disney for the weekend and we were pretty nervous with leaving our pup with anyone but Bay Paws made us feel beyond comfortable from the very first phone call. They are extremely responsive, they always answered the phone, they were caring, professional, clean and friendly. I especially loved that we could watch our pup for most of the day on their cameras. She always seemed very happy and calm, which is not like her. She’s usually pretty anxious. We’ll absolutely use them again the next time we need a sitter or even for a doggy daycare.
I came to town for the week and my dogs started acting out at the condo we were staying. We had to find a last minute place to keep them for a few hours so we could enjoy the beach. They were able to accommodate, recommend a vet for vaccines they were still missing, and they were able to meet our needs. My dogs are older and I have had issue in the past because they don’t always behave their best, but my dogs felt comfortable staying and when we picked them up they were very happy. Very happy and 100% recommend Bay Paws Pet Resort.
Lola and I love this place. I can watch Lola while I am in the office. Staff is VERY friendly and the hours are convenient.
This is an amazing place. We needed a place to board our dog on very short notice and they were able to help. The facility is spotless and the boarding rooms for the dogs a wonderful. They take great care of all the dogs and give each one individual attention. The webcams are a great idea. We were able to check on our dog regularly and it was obvious that she was enjoying herself. We will definitely be using them again
Bay Paws is terrific. As a helicopter rescue dog mom, I am a nervous nelly and ultra picky about where our pups go. I took our baby Great Dane for her first day of daycare and it couldn’t have gone better. I felt instantly at ease during the check in process. All my questions were answered and I felt like they really had my dogs best interest in mind. They did her temperament test and quickly figured out she felt nervous if she was the first one in the daycare pen but was totally fine if she was brought in last. It is that kind of patience and understanding and willingness to listen to the dog that makes this place wonderful. Thank you!
