I agree with Drew & Mike. I tried to give them a job, but they could not be bothered with providing a quote in advance. Representing a Buyer in a Real Estate transaction we need to know the cost of pending repairs but they refused to set an appointment until after closing. Their competitors got the job... which will likely result in rebuilding the 9 neighboring properties too.

They did a great job for a reasonable price. The lift was brand new and so were the motors.
Hired Gulfside for the first time approximately five years ago. I was looking for a way to ensure my seawall would last as it was being undermined by strong currents where we live. We debated between a new sea wall and putting rip rap in. In the end, we decided on rip rap as being the more permanent solution and hired Gulfside to do the work. They were professional. They were responsive to our needs and addressed concerns promptly and completely. We were completely satisfied with their work and five years on still pleased that we made the right decision. We are just now hiring Gulfside again to do a new project for us. We went back to Gulfside due to the great job done earlier and are super pleased with Paul Kelley, Drew Beard, and Wallace. Great team to work with and highly recommend them.
Total waste of time. Took off work to meet at dock and have been trying to get them to send a bid for two weeks. After numerous follow up and no return calls they emailed they didn’t have time to write up a bid. Very unprofessional and would not recommend!
Agree with Mike, two plus weeks of contacting and had no interest in doing the job. Told me I had to first pull the permit before they would even provide a quote. Forget this group!
