Words Worth Writing

Greg Nelson was more professional than any other contractor we've used. He interviewed us, asked relevant questions, provided invaluable suggestions, and took notes and photos for his estimate. PLUS, he assured us with appropriate GC credentialing that he had the proper insurance coverage -- including, most importantly, workers comp. His assistant, Diane, was accommodating and articulate in explaining processes and on target with follow up. Another staffer that was a pleasure to work with. Nelson has their own fully staffed, impressive facility which we visited. There's a full battery of professionals here: estimators, designers, engineers, and more. Not like other GCs that work out of their homes. Some resembling gypsies with only a truck and a sign. And, in addition, Nelson's gorgeous work is featured in many important reno-related magazines. They truly know how to market themselves. Another important factor in their success story.

Truck with plate starting 188 was a bit reckless going down bellsholes today. Running red lights and swerving. Perhaps once on location they do good work but getting there safely seems to be a problem.

Witnessed one of their drivers intentionally driving recklessly, swerving in front of cars, and making obscene hand signals to other drivers in a company vehicle. Completely unprofessional representation of their business.
