I have visited sporadically for classes and found the quality of their classes and instructors to be top notch. They focus on a great yoga environment and the others in the class were so positive in my first class. During the closure for Safer at Home, I was impressed with how quickly they adapted to a student focused online program with options for playback. Great owners and teachers.

This is the best yoga studio around for Bikram. It is not only a welcoming and friendly place, but they have amazing instructors. I just finished 30 days of Bikram in a row and I feel amazing. I didn't think I could do it - but I did. Going every day made a HUGE difference in my practice, my body and my mental and spiritual states. My body has changed tremendously in only 30 days. I lost 12lbs of fat and gained a ton of muscle. My clothes are too big! My posture has improved, I don't crave sweets anymore, my sleep is amazing. I can't say enough good things! What I love most about Bikram is that in an hour to an hour and a half, you are getting your heart rate up, building muscle, meditating and detoxifying your body all in one workout. By going every day, I can do more in the postures than I ever could before going periodically. LOVE IT HERE!
This place was recommended to me by a woman I met at an open water swim, and I would recommend it too. 60 or 75 minutes of the 26 hot yoga poses with or without music, as well as other yoga classes. The owners Aaron & Karen are very welcoming and have a great, well kept studio.
Lovely hot yoga studio with large practice room so it’s not terribly crowded. They have a clean facility and great instructors. They had a great intro I took advantage of to try it out. I would continue going there if it were closer to me, and I could make the schedule work. Thanks for amazing instruction!!

Great place with great instructors. As a beginner they help me out any time it is needed. Highly recommend Yoga 365.
