I purchased a new mattress and box spring in January and now I'm trying to get someone to help me with it as it is sunk in on both sides and springs stick us and pop. In all fairness I have been patiently waiting to hear back from them and have tried to get word from them and even talking to Kim but it has been 7 weeks now and I've never had a response. they do not care about coustomerservice after the sale is over you are on your own even though you are told it has a 10 yr warranty a ND breaks down in 5 months

Yeah.... I will never step foot in this place. My wife and I were looking for a couple if new pieces. We were never greeted, asked if we need help or anything. We even walked past the counter and the lady behind the counter said nothing. It's easy to see that certain people are not welcome in this place.
