Helpful front counter. Towed my truck when it was totaled. I've visited on several occasions and got a variety of service, including not so friendly, but after my truck was totaled they were helpful. Having me sign an affidavit to keep co-part from getting it before I told them to. When I came back to get my stuff from the vehicle, one 20 something guy, who was new, saw I needed help and helped me by getting tools I needed to dismount the rack & he stayed to help me out! This was so nice because no other person even asked me. I was stressed about loosing my vehicle and having to deal with a new payment, renting another vehicle in the meantime etc. I wish I got his name! Way to exceeded my expectations.

Very impressed with Rick's Automotive. After 2 days at the dealership, they could not tell me what was wrong with my van's automatic door. It didn't take the guys at Rick's long to figure out what the problem was and fix it for a very reasonable price. Byrd went above and beyond with communication and making sure all issues with my van were resolved before I took it home. I would definitely recommend Rick's Automotive.

The skid plate on my front bumper fell down and folded underneath my car while driving home, making a loud, ungodly noise as it grinded against the pavement. Rick's Automotive took care of it quickly and didn't even charge me for it. Thanks guys!

I do not recommend this place to anyone do to the dishonesty that goes on here very disrespectful management I was told that I could come get my stuff out of my vehicle after a wreck an when I get there I'm automatically profiled because I have tattoos an Hispanic now all of a sudden stories change an then they want to keep my belongings things I pay for an have receipts for that are not bolted too the vehicle so he identified an individual as being a cop but the individual jus worked for the department but not a cop she was jus gathering vin's . He used her to have me believe that I couldn't get my stuff instead of showing me by law why I couldn't get my stuff , he used a false impression to keep me from getting my stuff . yes I am legally by law doing something about it . I jus won't to make others aware of this place an the individuals that work here . The man an woman in this picture are the ones that was lien to me an personating a cop be aware .
