Spectrum changes you by paying over the phone, when you pay your bill with a third party it takes up to 3 to 5 business day to restore your service. I do not Recommend this company. They find a way to stick a fee in anything you do. There lucky they even get a dam one star

Used to like it cause you could go pay your bill there, now they are no longer in Cleburne and it makes paying your bill very difficult!
The TV we had every channel way over 200.00 a month. Everytime something went wrong they gave us a new box. We had TV and internet. Got rid of TV internet we still have. Keep saying fiberoptic coming just found out NOT HAPPENING ONLY NEW NEIGHBORHOODS. They've been lying to us for years. Will give a shout out to last man who came due to my internet going on and off 20 plus times a day. They love changing boxes. The man that came to my house found issues with the wire in attic was installed incorrectly. He found issues in the box on the outside of my house one of the wires were backwards and he changed the inside box. He finally fixed my internet. Every other person said there was NOTHING WRONG IS WAS POPPING ON AND OFF BECAUSE OF BOX IN HOUSE....lol omg it is so funny YEARS of headaches and people coming and going making appointments, speaking to techs on phones and finally got someone who gave a darn. We are still with them for now on internet. Will never do TV with them again. They cared more about us after we no longer wanted their TV then when we were doing business. Still call us way to much even after we asked them to take us off their call list. Living in a smaller town is awesome except when dealing with these issues with bully companies that do not care about us as customers. You know I hate writing bad reviews but, this Company Is a issue. No I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. KEEP YOUR SANITITY. BE CAREFUL WITH WHO YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE WITH. Have a great day and be safe.
Glad we now have internet
I’m a teacher, and I am currently working on an online master’s degree. Our internet cuts out so regularly that I can no longer plan to do work for my job or school from home. We use a different affordable carrier for our smart phones and I’m super glad, because my iPhone 8 (type mentioned to say that it’s not a crummy phone) will not work when connected to WiFi. We have called to ask for help before, and nothing has changed. The employees were nice when we signed up, I know it’s not the salesperson’s fault, but my goodness. We’re switching the first chance we get.
