I had quit using this company one time before when they operated under the name Stock. I foolishly gave them another try recently and the service is still just as bad if not worse. On top of poor service I was charged delivery fees on separate invoices even though I placed one order and the orders were separated due to BMC's poor planning. Salesman said he would credit the delivery charge but it never happened.
