I called for a septic tank pump. I told them I did not know where the clean out was. They sent a pump truck without a clean out locator. The driver looked for and could not find the clean out. They came back 3 days later with the locator, found the clean out and pumped. They charged 99 dollars for the first response even though they knew the clean out was hidden. I was told they had to charge because fuel was 5 dollars a gallon. That came from one of the owners. Won't use them again.
Well I gave them a chance don't believe the website I was charged an additional 100 dollars and not even given a reason. This is after they showed up 10 minutes before dark on the scheduled appointment date only to not be able to start the job. Then came back the second day late in the afternoon so basically wasted 2 days. The website clearly stated no hidden charges for a pump out however that was not the case. Find someone else if you don't want to get ripped off.
