Came into the store on the 31st of January at 12 45 pm both girls doing pickup online orders next to where Dunkin donuts used to be were not wearing masks their masks at all times while on the sales floor as well as while preparing items for members who might actually care about such polices that are in place to protect the consumer. With several groups of employees camping the front registers and plenty of people seeking attention( social hour), eating food and drinking drinks, while on the sales floor. At least have the decency and respect to keep the mask on while on the sales floor and open club hours without drinks and food out and about during open club hours, very Disappointed....

Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Plenty of selection, including alcohols and electronics, and plenty of volume. TIP: Make use of their coupons and always look at price per unit when comparing prices! My own comparisons showed that BJs was cheaper per unit than most grocers, including Amazon, except for packaged nuts... Another TIP: Their gas prices, while great, are not always the cheapest in town.
So my husband and went in to buy 2 items grapes and a case of water. After standing in line for 10 minutes on a extremely busy Sunday an employee came along and closed the line. And announced line is closed...She made no attempt to accommodate us with 2 items that would of taken 5 minutes to ring up or move us to a new line .We felt that as a manager she would come up with a solution instead she lost our business today We shop there all the time and never had a problem. 2 lines open that aren't self check out. 6 self check out lines blinking on a Saturday at 10:30. Terrible. I will just Amazon from now on, since they want it all automated.
A big thank you to Pete at the Clermont BJ's location. He is extremely friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond for the BJ's fuel customers. It is a refreshing change of pace to see someone so positive and caring in this day and age. Thank you, Sir, for your assistance today.
