I called the Clermont office last week to speak with the Community Manager for Magnolia Park. The person stated that he was on vacation and wouldn't return until next week. Naturally, I was very annoyed, but I was told that I could speak with Amy Bitz, the office manager. Amy was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was completely happy before I hung up. Thank you, Amy, all of your help!

I went to the Clermont office on Tuesday and was very upset to find out not only has my community manager been changed (again!), but the new one wasn’t in the office that day. I asked to speak to their supervisor, but was told he wasn’t in the office either. As I was getting ready to leave, I was greeted by the office manager, Amy Bitz. She took me to a conference room and allowed me to vent all my frustrations without interruption. She validated my frustrations and assured my concerns would be taken care of. She took the time out of her day, even though I know she didn't have to, and explained my bill, breaking it down by item. She explained the application process and handled my situation with finesse and care. In times when things are so crazy these days, it's nice to know there are still genuine people out there who truly care!
