I needed to rent an electric scooter for Disney for 3 days due to a foot injury and I was not able to walk. They had a scooter delivered to my hotel within an hour of me calling! This scooter was perfect! It stayed on a full battery all day for 3 days!! I charged it for a few hours at night just to be sure but was never worried! The service was courteous, amazing, and prompt and their rates can not be beaten!! I will definitely rent from them again!! Way cheaper then the prices you would pay Disney also to rent one of their scooters! Awesome company so glad I found them!!

The service was very easy to set up, and they delivered to our Disney resort, and picked it up. The price was great, and the scooter was comfortable and worked well. The only thing holding them back from 5 stars was the delivery time. We had plans for the morning it was to be delivered, and had set a delivery time to get us on our way. We were not notified until just a few minutes before the delivery time we had scheduled that they were running late. And then we received another call, still saying they were running behind. I feel, since I set up a delivery time online, and the website let me schedule that time, we should have received the scooter in a timely manner to keep us on our time schedule. No price adjustment or other type of recompense was offered, even though the lateness of delivery was not our fault. If you want a scooter delivered on time, do NOT use the website. Otherwise, pleased.

we had no problem with the rental. On the agreed day they were at the door of the house. I received instructions for use. in the end they withdrew too. excellent customer service. I recommend. I have already rented with them twice. much lower price than that charged in parks

While in Disney World with my grandchildren, I was unable to walk through the parks on my third day there. Still struggling from foot surgery months ago, I had to return to our room for the remainder of the day. The following morning, I attempted to get a scooter from the resort. They were unavailable. I researched companies in Orlando. Yellow Scooter was the one who guaranteed delivery that same day. I was elated that they delivered my scooter after lunch so I could return to the parks to see my grandchildren. THANK YOU, YELLOW SCOOTER for your quick service and the wonderful customer service you provided! I will be a return customer!
