BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SEPTIC TANK NEEDS! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, but we had to give a rating. Today is February 2, 2021. As responsible homeowners, we hired this company for routine septic tank pumping NOT EVEN A YEAR AGO, In MAY 2020!!! We did it in time to prevent a full to the rim septic tank that would back up into our home. This happened due to poor service and will now likely require an insurance claim. We called out several plumbers thinking there was stoppage, because surely there is no way the septic tank is full because 1 year hasn't even passed since it was last \pumped\ right?!? After 2 plumbers and no stoppage we had to face the nightmare of calling out another septic tank company to hear the news that it is way past full! He said unfortunately some companies will only pump out the water and not the actual waste to prevent being charged extra fees by the county which obviously what this company did. The new company just facetimed us to show us how full it was and it's ridiculous! Do not waste your money with this company; it will only cost you more in the future! The guy who did ours is named Jake Cochran.

Beware of this scammer He keeps changing the price he ripped me off with 1,000 dollars said the tank needed repairs When other companies can flush the lines and clean the filter for 350... I wasn’t home at the time of service so he took advantage of the situation because my wife doesn’t speak good English and i been trying to call him but he doesn’t answer the phone what a coward stealing people’s money his Name is Jake
