Listen... love my Q60 and the AMAZING person that helped me with it there, Andrew. The purchase experience was awesome... But I have to tell you, Josephine called me from there today. She is such a pleasure to talk to. I presented her with a problem (totally unrelated to her or the dealership) that I was having with the car. 5 minutes after we hung-up, she called me back with a suggestion that might just save me 4,000. I mean who does that? I'll tell you who, Josephine, that's who. Her phenomenal customer service is the kind you read about in books like Delivering Happiness. This girl went so far above and beyond that I'm literally speechless. This world would be a much better place with more people like Josephine. I sure am thankful for her!

Sleezy dealership, purchased vehicle online they ran my credit without my permission than increased price by 3k the next day because they claimed they needed to do a brake job. Say no thank you to the bait and switch these folks are running. If you speak with a guy names Nate consider yourself in the process for signing up to be ripped off.
