GREAT VIDEO shows you how to do repair step by step AND putting everything back together! Also tells you the likely causes by percentage of the time that failure is the cause of your symptoms. Was able to repair 25-30 year old washer for under 25 in parts. I get to keep my large capacity washer with powerful motor rather than replace with under-powered low capacity "energy efficient" model. And I get to keep 600-1,000 in MY pocket!

Site after site told me the part I needed for my 14-year-old LG French Door refrigerator was discontinued. LG gave me other choices after I told them no, I did not need a repair person to replace the part that required a philips screwdriver. Three of their choices did not carry LG at all; two carried LG but not LG refrigerators. I stumbled on AppliancePartsPros.com. They had the part. Ordered on Saturday. Delivery promised for Wednesday. It arrived on Tuesday. I have bookmarked that website and told friends and posted on FB. Thank you, APP!!!

The videos (when available) are super helpful, as are the posts from regular folks' experience making their own repairs. Even better is the ability to order the part and see all the info contextually. I thought I'd have to wait a few weeks for the part but it looks like it will arrive in just one day.

Really descriptive site. Found my parts via diagrams that were provided. Part didn't look the same so i checked comments and it was the correct part just a metal version instead of the original plastic parts. ordered fast delivery so said 2-5 days we will see. I will update once the package arrives until then 4 stars.

This site revolutionized home repair for all DIYers, skilled and novices alike. Their phone support is terrific -- informative on the tech side and super-helpful on the shipping side. The APP community is a fantastic resource, but the game changer for me are the APP step-by-step videos. Without them, I can only imagine the damage I'd have done to my appliances ripping them apart, and the mistakes I'd have made trying to swap out old parts for new. Can't recommend APP enough!

Only reason I order this part on AppliancePartsPros rather than Amazon is that they promised quick delivery (faster than Amazon). Ordered the part on April06 with delivery on April08. Then saw the delivery date was moved to April09. Today is April09 but Fedex is showing the package is in Arlington, TX almost 300 miles away. I'll be very surprised if it shows up today?

Appliance Part Pros have been extremely helpful. They always have parts in stock at great prices. I had to use their "chat with a pro" feature 2 times this week. The first chat, the pro emailed me a tech sheet on my fridge at no cost and no expectation to make a purchase.
