While no business is perfect Cleveland ARAMARK works hard to make sure we are taken care of. After dealing with other uniform companies there is more eyes on our account with ARAMARK. Contracts are contracts and uniforms are uniforms only difference is the employees and the logo on the truck. I'll only use ARAMARK going forward.

Buyer beware! Make sure that you have an attorney review anything that you sign with these guys. The most dishonest company with the absolute least accountability. We finally parted ways with this company after 3 years of them sliding in price increases. In their contract it states that your weekly invoice serves as your notice of price increases and that notice is your prices going up without any statement. They rely on employees signing invoices before upper management has time to react to their 10 day opt out clause. They also sneak addendums in throughout course of business. As an example the previous uniform company’s total charges for our facility over a 5 year period were 47,000. Aramark’s charges were 53,00 over a 3 year period. The last thing their district mgr said to me before leaving was “you should have read your contract.” The same contract they wanted to roll back the increases on if we signed up for another 3 years. In terms of weekly counts Aramark was short on guys uniforms nearly every single week. My employees got so tired of asking or saying anything because of the frequency that they ended up wearing T-shirt’s and jeans from their own wardrobe. Again Buyer Beware!!
