Far and away the very worst CPAP supplier I have encountered in my 22 years of CPAP usage. Surprisingly, they have very limited product offering and persisted in telling me why those are better, despite my experience suggesting quite the opposite. I also resented their pressure to upsell me on options for which I have no interest or use. I thought some of the mega-providers were bad at customer service, but Cleveland Clinic Home Care was even worse. Fortunately, I have found a smaller, local provider who still understands the value of customer service.

This is a extremely poorly managed program. It took almost 13 weeks to get my cpap machine and the so called new equipment has been nothing but a headache ever since I got it. One thing that they didn’t do, was set my air flow at the proper setting. It wasn’t on a high enough level so I kept waking up because I would stop breathing. The other thing is now that I’ve had the machine a couple months, the mask doesn’t fit my nose right. It is such a hassle to deal with them that I just want to go back to my old machine. If anyone knows of a good home health company I would certainly appreciate it if you could please give me a name and number. I really hate Cleveland Clinic. Try to avoid the hassle. Stay away!!!

Waiting for 9 months to get a bipap. They claimed twice that they never received orders, hung up on me, put me on hold forever, said they’d have someone call me back and never did. Then said they’d email the supervisor to make sure someone called me back- still waiting.... horrible HORRIBLE service. Cleveland Clinic should be ashamed to associated with such incompetence and lack of caring.
