I couldn’t find my ticket online for almost 2 weeks. I called and was on hold for about 10 minutes before being helped by a rude woman. I come to find out that I have to add an “A” to the end of my ticket number to see it online, which I told her I didn’t see those instructions anywhere and couldn’t find the ticket by my name either, and she said “well it’s there, they probably spelled your name wrong”. I went back online and found my ticket and saw that they entered my name incorrectly as well as my address. I was already upset enough that I got a ticket to begin with, and having to deal with a rude worker was not a great way to start my day.

Nothing nice to say about this place. Quick fact. Once you get into the system it is very hard to get out. From traffic violation to low level felonies. My goal is to get as far as I can from the USA. Unless they reform the entire criminal justice system
They are thief's they stole my gun and they refused to sign the papers to release the gun because they know the gun is stolen from the evidence room
