I know that this school is academically challenging and I'm willing to try as hard as I can to improve my grades and succeed in this school. I didn't do so well last semester. Will this ruin my chances of being accepted for the upcoming schoolyear?

I am in 7th grade and I was thinking about coming to auditions on February 22, 2020 and I have a few questions. I am auditioning for theatre I wanted to know can the monologue be from a musical theatre play that you previously did? Also do you need recommendations? Are you allowed to audition for the school in 7th grade? My last question are you guaranteed a spot in the school or can you be let go? Thank you
