Eh unfriendly customer service. Took a ton of nice stuff. Made a few bucks. No one thought to maybe hold the door while i lugged heavy baskets. I made 50 at platos closet. Gonna try Revol next.

I enjoy consigning at this location. Most employees have been friendly and fair (though there is one who complains when there is a high volume of consigners and has turned some of my products away without thoroughly looking at them). I have also purchased some gems from this store. I have recommended others to consign and buy from here as well. I’ll always come back.
First time shopping here with my sister. Nice atmosphere, friendly sells people. Nice selection of handbags and shoes, price are reasonable. Will definitely shop here again.
The staff was courteous and very helpful. They carry a really nice and reasonably price assortment of designers in clothing, handbags, jewelry, and shoes. Also off street parking.
I brought in some luxury handbags and designer clothing to sell. However, the lady at the front desk refused to take my totes bags because I didn’t bring the items in basket bin. It’s so unfortunate that I drove all the way there and we couldn’t do business. I will consign them with Realreal site and I will not be back to this store. There were no mention in their social media that they stopped taking tote bags.
