Terrible Terrible customer service, I spend 2 hours trying to get a hold of any body they kept hanging up on me and finally when I got a hold of someone she sounded very irritated and did not seem to care about my issues. to me it seems like most of the cuyahoga county and the city office workers are not very helpful and they feel that you are working for them and you have to accommodate them and the bad attitude is always there . I honestly don't know what the qualifications these people have or how they were hired but it seems to me that most of them don't deserve their jobs . it's all about having the wright person in the wright Spot which is obviously not happening in the beautiful city of Cleveland Ohio, so Sad.

I have heard people speak on how terrible Cleveland Oh service providers (water, electric, fiscal )are and today for the first time I experienced it. I called in today to confirm some listed information on the site and spoke with a lady of color who attempted to assist but may have been new and didn't have the ability to answer my question. She then with no notice transferred me to another person of color. I attempted to explain what I was trying to confirm and she felt she knew what I wanted since she continued to cut me off mid explanation of my concern. After she decided she wasn't going to get to the bottom of my concern she said she was transferring me to the City of Cleveland. That was the best thing she could have done. At least there I spoke with a women who must love her job and actually knows what she's talking about, and cares to service those individuals that live in Cuyahoga County. Edna was able to assist me with my problem yet she wasn't even in the department that should have helped me. I hope Edna has time to implement training for the terrible customer service providers in the city. Listening to the customers concerns before speaking really does work. Thanks again Edna for your great customer service.

Don’t bother trying to email ... they will never respond. Not sure why they even have an email address listed on the site. I’ve tried repeatedly to reach out to pay my property taxes, filled out the easy pay form. They didn’t take the payment from my account, nor send me anything about a penalty being charged even though I did reach out to them again to find out why my account wasn’t debited. Absolutely ZERO response or communication regarding my tax bill from the county. No email, no mail. They just keep charging more penalties.... typical government agency.

Customer service is the most terrible I've experienced, when you call them it will take forever for them to pick up the call and when they, the first time you will hear their voice, you will feel like you owed them something huge. PLEASE DON'T BOTHER CALLING THEM
