Honestly, as a vending operator they're my go to. This would be a 5 star review. However, after recieving multiple shipments I figured the owner needed to know about this issue. Everytime I order a tall slot for the Bevmaxs they're always either bent or in the case of my latest delivery bent to the point it breaks in half. The Bevmax 5591's are all gravity based, so when you a have slot thats bent so as it has a curvature in the middle (making installation more difficult), it affects items Vending correctly. I'm giving them 3 stars just because while this is probably the only product I've had an issue with, its such an easy fix. I'm guessing they don't have longer boxes? Or aren't using the correct ones? Either way, when a customer notes that on previous orders that there have been issues the past 3 orders, this is not the outcome that I believe is correct as a business owner myself. This should have been a simple fix, using a larger box. Instead the issue was just worse, with the other slots i ordered being bent to fit the box and one entirely broken in half! As a vending operator D & S is great to work with. They answer the phone promptly with little to know wait time. Employees are knowledgeable and polite. Orders are executed accurately and quickly and their pricing is fair!
I ALWAYS get INCREDIBLE service from D and S Vending. They always know what parts I need and they are always happy to help you install the parts through their tech support if you don't know how to install them properly. Everyone I work with at D and S Vending (especially Jordan and Rich) go out of their way to make sure that I stay a happy customer. These guys are the GREATEST!!!!
Been dealing with Dennis Olsen in parts for many years and has been a great guy to deal with! He also takes the time researching and finding the right part that I need.. Vending is a service business, vending operators all sell the same products. Service is not a product it is an obligation to the customer. It is what sets us apart from the competition. In today’s world customer service is almost non existent. But not at D and S and with Jordon Greene. Thanks Jordon for your attitude and professionalism it is your service to my company that keeps my service above the rest. It’s great to call a company and be known by name and appreciated.
