Dr. Laham in my opinion is a very uncompassionate person. I was referred to him for pain management of multiple kidney stones and a kidney stent. My pain factor is off the charts. I was seen on 3-26-19 and prescribed Belbuca. I was told it would need a pre authorization. 4 days later I still couldn’t get the pain med. if I wanted this medication it would cost 600.00 out of pocket. I called and talked to his nurse who promised she would let the Dr. know and call me back before she left at 4:00pm. AGAIN, no return call. I called again on Saturday and Dr. Laham was on call. He returned my call and said this was the only medication that can be given to me. My general physician and urologist was giving me a simple 12.00 medication that worked just fine. For anyone who is having severe pain from multiple kidney stones, DO NOT see this doctor. I will be filing a complaint for the negligence of not even given the common courtesy of a phone call and left for 4 days in severe pain.
