What a pleasure to do business with someone who listened to what I needed and really delivered great results! I needed MiniDV HD tapes transferred to a digital format, and it was almost impossible to find someone to even attempt to do it. Dan assured me he could deliver HD copies to me in a couple of weeks and he did! Super prices and great friendly service from everyone. Loved the old electronics decorating the store!

Had a few videos converted to DVD and a Flash Drive. I called two other places in the Cleveland area and Familyography was by far the cheapest option.
