Machines constantly steal money I have purchased 3 code red moutain dews the machine says vended, takes my but doesn't distribute the product until I purchased another one. It doesn't do it all the time but Everytime it has I use the keypad for the card reader that's new due to the coin shortage, let y'all know and put my phone number in. Never in the past month have I heard anything back. Why say you will call a customer but never do? Just tried to get another code red moutain dew tonight suprise surprise yet again machine took my card, never vended it but charged me for it. Put in where it took money never vended even though I know nobody will get in contact with me. Only reason I used the machine I didn't have time to stop to pick up drinks on the way to work. I work at Foss carpet please fix your machines and actually look at your records for customers.
