Reached out due to a large crack in my upstairs guest bedroom window. The weather stress fracture was in one of the glass panels of a double pane window. Reached out to a couple of companies and had to leave voicemails over the weekend. However, the Glass Doctor had a call center to field phone calls and inquiries. We were able to get someone scheduled to provide us with a quote within 2-3 days of contacting the company. The updated us with the status of out appointment via text. The day of, the tech was courteous of the house and had disposable booties and a mask on (during the pandemic so I appreciate this as I am immune compromised). He was able to provide us a quote within minutes of viewing our damaged window. We paid the same day. However, out technician forgot to remove the 25.00 coupon prior to swiping the card. On a side note: we emailed them about this and have still notified received a response. We were told it would take about a week for the glass to arrive and for someone to get back out to install. Initially, we were frustrated that it would take another week. However, we or our items weren’t exposed to the elements so we went ahead and scheduled the install prior to the tech leaving our house. We were extremely excited when we got a call just a couple days later indicated that the glass had arrived and they could get us in earlier in the week. The day of the install I was working from home so my husband greeted them. I hardly knew they were there and they were gone before I knew it. Everything was as efficient as it could be during their peak time. I appreciate the follow up and the opportunity to review the company.

In the middle of freezing weather they were able to come out, assess the situation, and repair my broken window. From first call to completion turned out to be only a couple of hours because the assessor had the glass in his van and he took care of it quickly and professional. I was very impressed. I have used them a couple of times now and they have been great.

This was my first time at the glass doctor and I must say the service was excellent. I was assisted by Grace and she was wonderful she even gave me some suggestions for my window, you can tell that she really tried her best within my service. I would recommend the glass doctor to anyone.

Very quick and responsive! Called around 9:00am after finding out my passenger side window has been smashed in and had an appointment by 11:00am! Was able to drop it off to get repaired and called when it was ready to be picked him. I would highly recommend!
