My friend ordered some gravel from this company. The man said she should get Crush and Run for her slopped driveway. She didn’t know what it was but took his word as an expert. The delivery guy dropped it off, left deep tire marks and told her she needed to get a rake to smooth it out. That afternoon she couldn’t even get up her driveway to go get a rake. She called the office and told the gal what he said and my friend told her she is in her 60’s, the gal’s response was “Guess you got your work cut out for you.” Not a good way to do business. Now she has to pay 200 for someone else to respread and pack.
Absolutely the BEST people to deal with. All of them are but Sherry is normally the one I work with. I live in Clayton but they are always more than worth the drive over. Great selection, prices,and service. Can't say enough about them. 1st Class people to deal with.
While speaking to an employee of the company before purchasing property I was told I could get a load of gravel delivered, spread and packed down for 450.00. After moving in, I called and spoke to Nathan. I admit I don’t know much about gravel so when he told me that I needed gravel mixed with crushed rock, I said ok. When it was delivered and spread out it was like powder and the driver said he could not fix the indentions left by his tires. I was told to rake it out. Then I got stuck in the mess trying to get out to go get a rake. I tried to explain to the receptionist that I am in my 60’s and this is a very long driveway. Her response was “ I guess you got your work cut out for you. “ Now I have to pay more money to get done what I thought I was getting in the first place. Sadly disappointed.
