Horrible. The public servants that work there are very condescending and rude.. I witnessed a bailiff antagonizing a lady in the lobby while we waited to pay our fines. She questioned their social distancing protocols and it turned into a big back and forth between the lady and the baliff. He told the lady that he was being paid to sit there and she was paying to be there so she needed to just be quiet.. Horribly rude.. I couldn't believe it.

I'm a life-long Cleveland Heights resident and live my city. Our city hall is a welcoming building with a quant atrium at the front entrance. The times I've been there (admittedly it's usually to pay a parking ticket \u003e_\u003c) I've found the employees helpful and friendly. Positive government interaction _
