It’s good coffee! However, they’re flavors are limited, so keep that in mind! I enjoyed a simple iced latte with soy milk. The prices weren’t bad, and the atmosphere is nice. I would go back if I were in the area, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it.
These are tough times for so many, including small businesses like Phoenix. These folks continue to provide wonderful espresso & coffee, and gracious, welcoming service. I applaud them all.
I've loved this place ever since I moved to Cleveland Heights. Now in the pandemic they're doing and extra-good job, well providing the same delicious coffees and baked goods, and also working hard to keep employees and guests safe. Thank you, Phoenix team!!
The most homely and comfortable place to relax, catch up with friends or study for hours, like I do. Extremely warm staff and delicious coffee.
