The absolutely slowest and inefficient service and flow of any post office I’ve ever been to. They need to revamp how they handle different services to be efficient .. more staff during pre Christmas would also be helpful.

So many negative reviews for this place that don't make any sense. The place is fine with perfectly friendly staff. Ohio USPS has weird rules about tape and other random things but you chose to live in Ohio It takes a long time if you go when it's crowded so maybe go when it's less crowded.
The carrier lost my package, and they lied that they delivered. They did not come that day. They just lie and do not help at all. I wish I could give those liars 0 stars. Never use USPS!
I am amazed at the amount of negative reviews. I have been going to the Severance USPS for apx 30 plus years. Not once have I had a negative experience with any of the employees. They have always been pleasant and helpful. They are working hard in a stressful environment. Treat them kindly and they will be kind to you.
